REFUND POLICY


Effective Date: May 19, 2026


At The Flavonoidz Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, specific conditions apply to refunds and returns.



1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY


Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible unopened items.


To qualify:


  • Item must be unused
  • Product must remain sealed
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required



2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:


  • Opened supplements
  • Opened spices or food products
  • Oils
  • Perishable items
  • Personalized/custom products
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards



3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:


  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include photos of:
    • Product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

Approved claims may receive:


  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund



4. REFUNDS


Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.


Please allow:


  • 5–10 business days for processing
  • Additional bank processing time depending on your institution


Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours.



5. RETURN SHIPPING


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:


  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Carrier damage is confirmed


We recommend tracked shipping for all returns.



6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS


Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.


Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.



7. REFUSED PACKAGES


Packages refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to:


  • Restocking fees
  • Re-shipping charges
